I’ve always wondered what the people were like who built the great pyramids and other historical sites throughout the world.  And when say “what they were like” I don’t mean what ethnicity they were and I really don’t care what country they claimed allegiance to.  Rather, I’m going after the heart of their very being, I want to know what made them tick because I have a very simple but confident theory: I think that people have basically not changed, aside from outwardly or externally, since the dawn of civilization and I’d be willing to bet that a plumber or a general contractor from ancient Egypt is a lot like a painter or pipe layer in modern day New York City: perhaps the only different being the clothes they are wearing and the alcoholic beverage they imbibe after a long day of manual labor.
