I wonder, with this sort of technology, how easy it is to communicate.  I imagine that it can only work with concrete, yes and no, types of conversations.  If you have to discuss things in reach detail, and ask opinions or perceptions, can a machine really be of much help?  I have been reading about voice recognition technology nz, and they are saying that their software even reads the emotions of the caller.  It is so advanced that it can handle so many different business transactions.  And it keeps people from being put on hold, or dealing with other human beings altogether.
