When I decided to treat myself to some diving lessons, I wanted to make sure that I found an instructor who was experienced and safe. I started asking around, and many of the people I spoke to told me that any instructor or partner should have his or her SCUBA dive certification. I found someone who was qualified, and I started my lessons. I was nervous at first, but after a few dives I found it relaxing and almost surreal. Now I have quite a few dives under my belt, and I plan on perhaps becoming an instructor some day. I can’t seem to get enough of the water!
