I have been going to the gym now for about 10 years. I go hot and heavy for about 6-8 months then I slack off for awhile until I get the urge and I start back up again. I really like the free weights for toning up, and I always throw in a little cardio in there to help keep the fat at bay. But one of my favorite things to do is the work on the punching bags. For some reason I really like it and I get a lot out of it. I get my heart rate up and can work on muscle all at the same time.
