Southeast of Phoenix, is the lovely town of Gilbert. I have recently read that it is considered one of the best places to live. I also read that it is one of the safest places to not only live in Arizona, but the world! I guess that is why Gilbert real estate is doing so very well, despite the economy and real estate downfall in other parts of the country. The are so many good things about this place that make it so special. I can see why it has got so many high ratings and ranking and why people want to purchase real estate there.
