Every year my employer wants me to fill out the paper work to declare how many dependents I have.  Each year I tell them that I have 100 and they do not take taxes our of my money.  I still have to pay taxes at the end of the year but I know I can manage my money better than the government can.  I think everyone should Stop withholding taxes and then they will know for sure how much it is costing them for the government that we support.  When I pay the entire amount in one check I know exactly what they are costing me.
