An environmentalist has pointed out that hoarding coins, as most people do not know, has a negative impact on the environment. It is interesting to note this fact too. It was emphasized that coins have a very long functional life span of more or less thirty years according the United States Mint. And when this happens, hoarding of the coins, like those collectible coins, their prevention from circulation takes place and more and more coins have to be minted to cover the shortage.
