Immigrants applying for US Citizenship must complete form #USCIS N400. Where the form is sent is dependent on where the immigrant resides. It will either go to Phoenix, Arizona or to Lewisville, Texas. There is a filing fee of $675.00 for all applicants except for those that are age 75 or older. Their fee is $595.00. No fee is charged for military applicants filing under Section 328 and 329 of the INA. It is advisable for individuals applying for US citizenship to read A Guide to Naturalization (Form M-476) which explains the entire application process. The guide and all application forms can be down loaded to personal computers.
