Now that my parents are in their seventies, I feel like they need my help in so many areas. I help them keep their finances in order. I help them make travel arrangements. And I like to help them make decorating decisions to keep them current. My mother has a kind of quirky style. She likes just about anything but she’s not always sure how to make a successful combination. I fell in love with a moroccan lamp while I was shopping for furniture last week. I wasn’t in any need of a lamp at my house, but I thought it would look great in my parent’s living room. I was right. It looks fantastic.
