When we bought our current home, it needed some tender loving care, as they say.   It also needed some major demolition and rebuilding!  The bathrooms needed the most attention.  Can you believe that the house didn’t even have a bathtub?  We completely gutted one of the bathrooms and it was an excellent decision.  There were some behind-the-scenes issues that we never would have found had we left it the way it was.   We replaced the existing shower/tub with a shower stall and a bathroom corner tub.  The kids are thrilled with their new “palace” as they say, and we are pleased with the way we’ve improved our home’s equity!
