I think it would be really nice to find some lights for the corners of our living room that you can dim and brighten with a remote.  We are trying to be more earth conscious and have been replacing burnt out light bulbs with the newer energy efficient versions.  The only thing that we don’t like about the newer ones is that they are intensely bright.  It would be nice if we could use a dimmer on the Floor Lamps to dull the brightness when we don’t need the room to be so bright.  I am not sure if this would work or not, but it seems logical.
