What do you do to take care of yourself?  Many people spend more time caring for their cars than their own body.  Yet a car will last about 10 years, and your body is meant to last a life time.  When it comes to prevention, there are some very basic things that can make a huge difference.

A healthy diet, plenty of rest, good hygiene and having a generally positive attitude can boost your immune system and help you to stay healthy.  Exercise is also very important.  If you can get at least 25 minutes of cardio three times a week or more, then you will look and feel better.
