When you come in from a long day at work, it is often the easy option to phone the local takeaway for dinner.However, learning to cook some simple meals will save you money, give you more pleasure and is far healthier.That was a major step on my plan to lose weight. I began to exercise more and also learned to cook some delicious meals.While I started with a few simple stir frys and other healthy options, I am now more confident in the kitchen and am able to create healthy versions of what I used to get from the takeaway.And they taste much better now too!
