Red wine for weight loss? Yup, the studies are out and the results are shocking to the weight loss industries and medical practitioners. It is now a know fact that antioxidants found in the skin of grapes act as nutrients for the cells of our bodies. When consumed, these nutrients make our cells stronger and more able to store those unwanted excess calories we may consume, by accident of course. If the cells have to use up less energy to process these calories than they can rest up and use the energy for something more productive like maybe healing our body from disease or sickness.
