I had a pretty bad setback. I lost about 20 pounds and really started to put on some muscle when I got too confident. I started being really lax about my diet and put on 8 pounds within a week! At first, I tried the old “It’s just muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat” but I knew that was a lie. Starting today, I am not going to get cocky about my success. I am going to reach my goal. Soon, I will be able to post a picture of myself with six pack abs on that refrigerator and put those guys to shame!
