Don’t just miss meals when you diet!
Are you looking after your body when you diet? Lots of people simply miss meals in a misguided attempt to cut down the amount of calories they consume and help them lose weight. Not only is that not looking after your body, but your body may rebel and start to store any food you eat as it thinks you are running low on food. If you check out something like the genie cleanse diet you’ll find a much more sensible plan that you can follow to lose weight gradually and safely. If you have been treating your body badly by missing meals then it may be worth a visit your doctor so you can explain what you have done and see if there might be any problems from it.
