If chasing a  tennis ball is a tiring effort for you, if running around the basketball court is like running for ten years and if that 9-ball is way over across the table and you have a hard time reaching for it, it’s time you have to do something.  Maybe it’s because of your big tummy that you just can’t get things done.  The only way for you to make easy victories for you in any sports is to kill those unwanted fats in your belly and turn it into a concrete-like body.  But how? Would you like to learn some body weight exercises or would you like to invest on expensive exercise equipment or enroll at a workout center? If you ask me, I would go for the first option. It’s affordable, it’s practical and I can do it right in my own home anytime I like.
