I have tried the banana weight loss diet. I just have to say that this diet is quite easy and it works too. Unlike other diets it does not demand any heavy exercises. I used to take as many bananas I wanted for my breakfast. The only thing that this diet demands is that you need to take water throughout the day. I could not eat after 8 in the evening but that did not bother me that much. I used to take my dinner at 8 and then I used to go to bed by midnight. I am pretty satisfied with the results this diet has offered me.
