Acai berries are the new number one super food. One berry has three times the amount of antioxidants than other fruits and vegetables. There are a number of health benefits to including antioxidants in your daily diet. One of the largest is that is improves memory and reduces the likelihood of getting Alzheimer’s. I know that sounds rather astonishing. At least that is what I thought when I first read the claim. But they offered an Acai free trial. I tried the product for a couple of days. I did not become a scholar overnight, but I did not have to rely on my to-do list to remember everything that needed to be done.
