A Solid Core Workout With Exercises To Lose My Tummy
A solid core workout can be helpful in supporting good posture, managing back pain, and increasing sports performance. I injured my back for a car accident many years ago. When I went to my doctor, he told me to make sure I work my back and my core. Why, well when you hurt your back, which is you bodies core, then you need to use the muscles around that area as support. The same goes for the abs, you need to use those muscles to help you have better support. I learned that this was key to helping end my back pain and I am now able to lift anything with out any real pain at all. You can get the same results by using a program like exercises to lose my tummy. This is a total body workout and help strengthen all muscles that you have.
