Recently my wife and I were looking over our finances to see if we could afford to take a good vacation any time soon.  This is when she brought up the possibility of getting some plastic surgery.  She had broken her nose a few years back and had a bump on it that was irritating her.  We started looking into health tourism to see if we could plan a vacation and a surgery at the same time. It turned out that we could go to South Africa for the procedure and then spend a few weeks there for less money than just getting the procedure done here in the states.
