Keep A List And Replace Bad Foods With Healthy Foods
Diane has been establishing great eating habits in her new plan for losing weight. She has written a plan just for herself. She has been watching what she eats and counting calories. She makes sure that she does not eat more calories than what she is burning. She developed a diet plan to lose weight and that tastes good and is healthy. She keeps a list of all the food she eats. She constantly goes over the list and if there is a food that is not good for her or even borderline, she cuts it out and replaces it with a healthy food.
