Janus had just parked in his usual parking space at the office. He was just about to get out when he remembered that he had to bring his melitta coffee maker back to the store because it had broken. The machine was still under warranty but only until today. Janus knew he didn’t have any more time to take the coffee machine to the store and if he waited until after work, the store would already be closed. So he got back in his car and drove to the store. He brought in the coffee maker and told the owner that it was broken and handed him the warranty card. The store manager took the coffee machine and told him it would take a week for the coffee machine to be fixed.

Summer was great and fun, but now that the weather is turning colder it can only mean one thing:  Christmas Time.  I don’t like to start the holiday season too early, usually after Thanksgiving.  But there is one thing that I do early on and that is order Santa letters.  These are letters that my kids get addressed to them from the North Pole.  My kids get them around mid-November and it helps them to remember to be extra good because Santa just might be watching them.  It gets them ready for a great and wonderful holiday season.  I love it.

If people will never get to see how things are working, they will never get to appreciate it anymore. I should say that things are really very different when you are happy of the things that you have in your house. Well, having the chandeliers lamp is really something that I love so much. Whenever I feel really tired and stressed out, I would just let the chandeliers lamp be turned on and I feel so much happier. Because of the chandeliers lamps, things are really very different. I am so happy that things are going on just the right way.

These days, everyone is looking for ways to get their homes clean and disinfected. With the swine flu and other problems, no one wants to live in a home where they are worried about germs and bacteria. Doctors have agreed that the best way to get your home germ free isn’t through harsh chemicals that may be bad for your family, but through the use of hot water. In fact, the best way is to use really hot water in the form of a steam cleaner. Steam is natures way of getting your home healthy and clean for your family.

I am so in love with my fiance.  My future wife is everything I could have ever asked for, everything I dreamed about.  Our wedding will be in about three months, and sometimes it seems far to long to wait.  Other times I wonder how we can possibly make all these complicated preparations by that time.  One thing of which I am certain: My wedding speech needs to let her know exactly how much I love her and value her.  I still cannot believe she said “yes” to me.  She could have had any guy on earth, and I am glad she picked me.

Taking time to get your house ready for company can be daunting, but it can also be worthwhile.  If the company that is coming is just friends, then it shows you care, same with family. If they are work superiors then it can show that you know how to manage things well.  And even better, if they are potential buyers it can help you get the best money for your home.  Aside from the regular cleaning steps you should be sure to include cleaning window mini blinds all over the house.   This one step can make a huge impact in a room, in smell, look and everything!

Okay, so I finally bought an old home that did not have much going for it except for its hardwood floors. My busybody neighbor told me that I have to pick up some hardwood floor wax the next time I am out. I don’t even wax my car. She thinks that now I am suddenly going to start waxing my floors. What a joke. I was not even aware that hardwood floors needed to be waxed. This neighbor of mine is probably the type that irons her jeans or her underwear. People like that love to make more work for themselves.

I have this problem and I want to share it with you. I am confused on what type of blind should I buy. I have asked my friends and they told me to get whatever looks good on my house. What kind of answer is that? I don’t know what looks good on my house. To know that, I have to test it first. My imagination is not really that good you know. Maybe the best way to solve this problem is by asking the sales person. He or she has to know what’s best for my home. If it still doesn’t solve my problem, then I give up. blinds

I was starting to feel like a real zombie everyday since I wasn’t getting any sleep at night. I was still getting up with my 6 month old like three times a night and then waking up in the morning at like five o’clock. I really needed to get some good parenting advice about this but I wasn’t sure who to ask. I decided to ask a friend of mine since she had three kids and she was able to tell me just what to do. I tried it out and after just two nights of implementing this new plan she wasn’t getting up even one time anymore.

If you run a church you know how important it is to have all of the right church resources. These resources can include anything from offering envelopes, pew supplies, books, and other worship resources.

But do you also offer products that your congregation can use at home to really internalize the sermons they hear? There are a lot of items you can use to this end.

Here are a couple of ideas:

Use well designed church bulletins that include a shortened version of the message you shared.
Certificates for different events such as baby dedications, ordinations, and others.
Send out postcards with inspirational messages to keep your congregation motivated during the week.

The options are endless. Creative use of church resources can help people feel more engaged in the church.
