I want to learn how to play an instrument but I have no idea where to start. I live in a pretty small town and we do not have any local music shops. I am thinking about taking lessons online or buying a DVD that can teach me. I would like to eventually play the worship guitar. My church is really small and our worship group does not have anything other than a keyboard. I would really like to learn how to play the guitar so that I can be a blessing and worship God along side them. My singing voice is horrible!

I woke up one morning at around 7am, I just graduated college a week ago and stayed at home most of the time. My teenage son will never cease to amaze me.  It seems that he is able to do just about anything he puts mind to.  He plays all kinds of sports very well and has a great deal of musical talent.  However, he is unable to sing and never tries to improve his voice.  He has spent a lot of time taking lessons and has turned out to be a very accomplished guitarist.  We have a lot of fun around our house when he pulls out his guitar.  Recently, he has decided he wants to learn to how to play blues guitar.  I am sure he will do as good with this as he does with everything else.
