Is it just me or are there more acronyms out there than actual words? I’m thinking I could just start a whole blog using nothing but acronyms. Maybe it’s just that I work in SEO in Ann Arbor and in any field of technology I suppose there’s going to be a whole lot of acronyms, but it’s not just the field of technology, is it? There’s also the armed forces; good heavens you barely get a name there, it’s all acronym this and acronym that. And now with social networking and phone texting, it seems like our dictionaries could retire a few hundred pages.
