How To Get Your First Graduate Sales Job
Many individuals in the United Kingdom who wish to land graduate sales jobs opt to go through professional sales training while in school or while looking for a job. This is because most, if not all, of the reputable companies in the major UK cities prefer to hire people who already have proven sales experience. On the other hand, some college students start gaining their work experience while still in school as part time sales professionals. If they are lucky, the companies they work for may offer them a full time job as soon as they graduate. I personally prefer the second approach, because I think that when you are dealing with people, “street wisdom” is much more valuable then anything you can read in books.
