There’s something breathtaking about living in the mountains, as the trees are a bright green and the roads have a rustic feel to them while sitting amongst nature calms the soul. The Aspen, Denver, and Vail Photo booths did so much for my motivation in my career. The surroundings gave inspiration that I couldn’t get from other areas I’ve lived before relocating to Aspen. The winter months were a little tough with all of the snow but the scenery is magnificent to photograph. I learned to be a ski bunny and spent a lot of time near the fireplace in the lodge watching and taking photos of skiers.
